The 2024 renovation (over EUR 2 million) cut total seating from about 900 to 800 and gave Sala Venezia, the largest room, a curved screen and semicircular seating (https://boxofficebiz.it/news/inaugurato-il-nuovo-cinema-colosseo-di-milano/). Converted to a three-screen multiplex in December 1988 and to five festival-named rooms in 2005 (buongiornoonline, above). The venue's technology page (https://www.ilregnodelcinema.com/colosseo/tecnologie.php) describes Dolby Atmos in one room and Sony SRX-R515P 4K and SRX-R320 (RealD 3D) digital projectors without saying which rooms have them.
